I reached a couple of milestones in the last week:
- I ran 9 miles on Saturday. It was long and slow, but I did the mileage as planned
- Yesterday, I timed myself for the first time for 4 miles. I was a little surprised to see myself doing sub-11 minute miles. For those of you who are real runners, please stop laughing now.

Seriously, though, good job. Since I _am_ 80 lbs overweight and (feel like I) am 70 years old, I do all my exercising in the privacy of my living room. Riding the exercise bike thing 5 days/ week since 12/9/07.
Nine miles? Dude, I pulled a calf muscle just reading that sentence. Way to go!
